The project

The foundation Ferien im Baudenkmal is a project at the interface of tourism and monument preservation. Throughout Switzerland, it takes over architectural monuments that are at risk of decay or demolition, gently restores them and gives them a revitalized future as vacation properties.

Valposchiavo is part of the Holidays in a Historic Monument offer with two fantastic vacation homes: a late Baroque palazzo from the 18th century, where vacation guests can travel back to the era of Graubünden confectioners, and a historic farmhouse in a quiet hamlet above the village of Brusio.
