sConfini is a festival dedicated to the culture of cross-border smuggling between Valposchiavo and Valtellina. A rich program of events is planned throughout the year, highlighting the many facets of smuggling: from the historical phenomenon of (goods) smuggling to cultural exchange in the border region, where two peripheries, the south and the north, meet.
