DANCE SHOW: BEYOND - CIE CIRCUMSTANCES (BEL)

On March 20 and 21, 2026, the cultural association riverbero invites Steps, the dance festival of the Migros cultural percentage, which will celebrate its 20th edition in 2026.

In Poschiavo, the Belgian company Circumstances presents the show “Beyond”. Beyond is a poetic and energetic performance for everyone aged six and up. Six performers challenge a series of limits and ultimately overcome them together. Each of them is an expert in a different discipline, from dance to acrobatics, to pole dance. With the aid of scales of different sizes, they create a dynamic and unstable playground that everyone explores together. The members of Circumstances dance, climb, float, and take risks in the choreography by Belgian Piet Van Dycke.

Together, they explore their individual and collective limits, playfully trying to discover how far they can push themselves. Here, the scenery takes on a central role: the scales become fascinating supporting characters, but also a strong symbol of connection. Beyond thus addresses an important and omnipresent theme: how is it possible to build bridges to erase boundaries?
